Marlowe is a luxury apartment building in the River North neighborhood of Chicago with an identity that tries just hard enough.
As a team we created a brand identity that combined the new spirit of an evolving neighborhood with the proud grit of an old soul city. I developed a brand tone and voice with a little wit and a lot of pride. I crafted a verbal identity, name, web copy, and a brand guide.
